SONS

SONS is a photography project rooted in my experience as a father, watching my boys grow and become their own people. I’m in these pictures as both observer and subject. Some frames are made unobtrusively, capturing spontaneous moments as they unfold. In others, I’m an active participant, and the line between photographer and subject blurs. Underlying the work is my own evolution, an examination of what has become most meaningful to me as I move through middle age: family, connection, creativity, personal expression, and the passage of time.
